Up to 2 cats , 2 dogs allowed.
Weight limits: 100 lbs per cat , 200 lbs per dog
Pet Types
A maximum of two (2) pets is permitted per apartment. Aggressive breed dogs are strictly prohibited; see the prohibited breeds list below. Every applicant and resident must register for a Petscreening.com profile, whether or not they have a pet. An applicant or resident with a pet must complete the full pet screening process through Petscreening.com, including breed identification for dogs, before the pet's move-in date. Start your profile at https://nordicabay.petscreening.com/ The Petscreening.com results determine the monthly pet rent and one-time pet fee applicable to each approved pet. Any resident with a dog must add a dog bite rider to their renters' insurance policy and provide proof of that coverage before the dog moves in. A pet is not permitted at the community until its Petscreening.com profile is complete and reviewed. Prohibited breeds: The following breeds, and any dog that is a mix of one or more of these breeds, are prohibited at every Starka-managed community: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier ("Pit Bull" type breeds); Rottweiler; Doberman Pinscher; German Shepherd; Chow Chow; Akita; Alaskan Malamute; Siberian Husky; Presa Canario (Perro de Presa Canario); Cane Corso; Mastiff breeds, including Bullmastiff and Neapolitan Mastiff; Great Dane; American Bulldog; Boxer; Wolf-hybrids. If a dog's breed is not clearly identified, we may ask for a veterinary record, breed certification, or DNA test to confirm the breed. This list may be revised based on the company's property insurance requirements. Service and assistance animals: A service animal or emotional support animal is not a pet. It is not subject to the two-pet maximum, the breed restrictions, or pet rent and pet fees. A request for a service or assistance animal accommodation is handled as a reasonable accommodation request, not as a standard pet application. Documentation may still be verified (for example, through Petscre
